Arnel is a Data Cleanup and Quality Specialist at Macrae, working closely with the research, development, and data teams to strengthen the integrity of the firm’s data ecosystem. He designs and implements automated processes for data cleaning and quality assurance, leveraging his expertise in SQL, Power Query, and Power BI to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across Macrae’s systems.

Before joining the firm, Arnel spent more than five years as a Data Analyst, developing deep experience in data management and transformation, report creation and maintenance, process optimization, and report automation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines, where he is also currently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree.

Outside of work, Arnel enjoys playing chess, bowling, and volleyball.
