Colin O'Donoghue joined Macrae in 2025 as an Associate Knowledge Manager based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. He provides research and organizational support to recruiters, contributes to the development and maintenance of Macrae’s collective intelligence platform, and collaborates with colleagues on cross-office projects.

Prior to joining Macrae, Colin worked as a Financial Analyst in the payments industry, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis, data interpretation, and strategic planning.

He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, with concentrations in finance and sports business, and a minor in economics.

Colin lives in the Bay Area and is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and is currently teaching himself how to golf - frequenting new courses whenever he can.
