Dagmara joined Macrae in 2025 as an Associate Knowledge Manager, supporting the London office's Knowledge Managers and recruiters. She contributes to the development and maintenance of Macrae's collective intelligence platform and collaborates with colleagues across the firm.

Before joining Macrae, Dagmara spent four years as an Administrative Assistant at a virtual office provider, gaining broad experience in business operations and statutory company filings. She also brings international experience from her time as a Payroll Specialist at EY in Warsaw and three summers working in the US, which further developed her appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration and diverse perspectives.

Dagmara holds a BA in English Studies and an MA in International Relations, specializing in International Business. She has also completed a front-end development course and internship, reflecting her interest in technology, efficiency, and process improvement.

Outside of work, Dagmara enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors — whether hiking, exploring new places, or being by the water. She's always keen to learn something new, and enjoys reading, particularly personal development, fantasy, and thriller novels.
