Gina joined Macrae as a Knowledge Manager in March 2025. She supports recruiters across the firm in placing partners and groups into leading law firms, providing research, organizational support, and detailed analysis of local and global legal market data. As part of Macrae’s transatlantic Knowledge Management team, she also helps maintain the firm’s real-time collective intelligence platform and contributes to cross-office projects.

Gina brings a diverse professional background to her role, having held global positions across nearly every department within her previous organizations. Her experience spans research and knowledge management, legal recruiting, operations, office administration, real estate, construction project management, and hospitality. She has a strong track record of building new departments and teams from the ground up, often leveraging her creativity and strategic mindset to ensure their long-term success.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beloved pets.
