US Firms Gain Ground in the UK Market
Law.com International’s latest ranking of the top 50 firms by UK revenue underscores a steady shift that’s been underway for years: US-headquartered firms are no longer just establishing a presence in London - they’re leading the charge.
Kirkland & Ellis has now moved into second place by UK revenue, and firms like Latham & Watkins, Simpson Thacher, and Paul Weiss continue to post double-digit growth, challenging the dominance of UK-founded institutions.
