Jasmine joined Macrae in October 2025 as an Associate Knowledge Manager. In her role, she provides research and organizational support to recruiters in the firm's New York office, maintaining and enhancing the knowledge databases that support recruitment and placement efforts. She is responsible for collecting, organizing and managing candidate and market data, ensuring it remains accurate, accessible and actionable, while also helping maintain Macrae's real-time collective intelligence platform and collaborating with colleagues on firmwide projects.

Prior to joining Macrae, Jasmine worked as an immigration paralegal, where she managed complex cases, conducted extensive research and maintained meticulous documentation. Her background brings an analytical approach to her data management and support.

A born-and-raised New Yorker, Jasmine enjoys scenic running, nature-filled getaways and spending weekends with family and friends.
