Naomi specializes in partner and group placements across a broad range of practice areas, including patent litigation, private equity M&A, public company M&A, capital markets, tax, restructuring and bankruptcy, healthcare, government contracts, real estate, and employment.

She brings more than two decades of recruiting experience to Macrae, having previously run her own California-based legal search firm. Earlier in her career, Naomi led a team overseeing enterprise-wide hiring at The Walt Disney Company.

Naomi began her professional journey practicing litigation at Steefel, Levitt & Weiss in San Francisco. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa. She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree from Boston University.

Naomi lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their three children.
