By opting in to receive SMS messages from Macrae Inc., you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from Macrae Inc. by:
Submitting a support request or service request and providing a mobile phone number;
Requesting SMS communications from a Macrae Inc. representative;
Completing an online form that includes SMS consent language;
Providing verbal consent during a customer support interaction; or
Otherwise providing express consent to receive SMS communications.
By opting in, you authorize Macrae Inc. to send SMS messages related to customer support, service delivery, scheduling, appointments, project updates, account notifications, and other business-related communications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
