Based in New York, she supports the firm's recruiters through market research, knowledge management, and data-driven insights, while also helping maintain Macrae's real-time collective intelligence platform and collaborating with colleagues on firmwide projects.

Before joining Macrae, Sydney worked in legal recruiting and executive search, and previously served as a paralegal, giving her a strong foundation in the legal industry and talent market.

Sydney earned her B.A. in American Government and Politics from St. John's University. She lives in Queens and enjoys DIY crafts, attending music festivals, and writing.
