Vance Graves joined Macrae in 2026 as a Remote Knowledge Manager, supporting recruiters and colleagues across all office locations and helping maintain the firm's real-time collective intelligence platform. He is a project management and administrative professional with experience in nonprofit and DEI-focused work.

Before joining Macrae, Vance worked in an administrative role at Diversity Lab, supporting prominent legal DEI initiatives including the OnRamp Fellowship and Mansfield Certification for law firms and legal departments. Prior to Diversity Lab, he worked in administrative and project management roles at The Trevor Project, where he supported the mental health and well-being of queer individuals — work he remains passionate about today.

Vance earned his BS in Psychology with a Minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies from Davidson College, and is currently based in New York City. Outside of work, he enjoys baking bread, reading, and attending the occasional play or musical.
